At Coastal Island Properties, we’re more than just a real estate team—we’re a group of women passionate about helping others find their place in the Lowcountry while giving back to the community we love. But our impact goes beyond real estate. Each year, we’re proud to host and participate in events that support local nonprofits and strengthen the Charleston area we call home:

• 💖 Closing for a Cause — We donate $100 from every closing to a local nonprofit of our client’s choice, supporting organizations like Charleston Animal Society, Lowcountry Food Bank, MUSC Hollings Cancer Center, and more.
• 🚣‍♀️ Spring Shred Event (March) — Partnering with Dragon Boat Charleston, we help raise awareness and funds for their mission to support cancer survivors through fitness and fellowship.
• 🐾 Dogs, Donuts & Donations (May) — Our spring fundraiser benefiting Pet Helpers, complete with sweet treats, wagging tails, and a chance to support adoptable pets.
• 📚 Back to School Drive & Shred Event (August) — A community event providing free shredding while collecting school supplies for Chicora Elementary and donations for My Teacher’s Closet.
• 🥏 Toss for Tatas Disc Golf Tournament (October)— Our “October “spooktacular” charity event at Park Circle raising money for Throw Pink and breast cancer awareness.
• 🥧 Pie Day (November) — Our annual client appreciation event, where we gift locally baked pies before Thanksgiving and celebrate another year of working with amazing people.
• 🎅 Santa Paws Toy Drive (December) — Each holiday season, we collect toys, treats, and supplies for local animal shelters, spreading joy to our four-legged friends thanks to our clients, friends, and community.

These events reflect who we are—real estate professionals with deep roots in Charleston and a shared goal of making a positive difference.
