That’s why everything we do is rooted in connection, service, and heart. Whether we’re handing over the keys to your dream home or organizing a local fundraiser, we show up with passion and purpose.

Our team is made up of six dedicated women who live, work, and play in the Charleston Tri-County area. We’re moms, dog lovers, design enthusiasts, foodies, and adventure-seekers who share a deep love for the Lowcountry lifestyle. You’ll find us enjoying the outdoors with our families, soaking up the sun on the water, catching sunsets at the beach, or hunting down the best local bites around. With backgrounds in real estate, marketing, finance, hospitality, and design, we each bring something unique to the table—but what unites us is our passion for helping people and our commitment to this incredible community.

Giving back is part of who we are. Through our Closing for a Cause program, we donate a portion of every closing to a nonprofit of our client’s choice—and that’s just the beginning. We also host multiple community events throughout the year, from supporting local animal shelters through our Dogs & Donuts and Santa Paws drives (because yes, we love our animals just as much as we love our people!), to our Back to School Supply Drive and annual Shred Event benefiting Dragon Boat Charleston.

We love staying connected with our past clients through thoughtful touches like Monday Funday giveaways, Pie Day treats, and seasonal celebrations. These relationships mean the world to us, and we’re so grateful to keep showing up for our people long after closing day.
