At Coastal Island Properties, we believe the best way to serve our community is to listen to it. That’s why we’re inviting Charleston-area residents to participate in our latest community survey.

Whether you’re a homeowner, renter, planning a move, or simply enjoying life in the Lowcountry, we’d love to hear your thoughts. Your feedback helps us better understand the people who make our community such a special place to live.

As a thank you for participating, everyone who completes the survey will be entered for a chance to win a Private Home Chef Experience from Food Fire + Knives, valued at $750. One lucky winner will enjoy a professionally prepared three-course dinner for four in the comfort of their own home—an unforgettable evening of great food and great company.

Entering is simple. The only requirement is that you MUST LIVE in Charleston, Berkeley, or Dorchester County (rent or own). As long as you’re a Tri-County resident, then all you do is just complete our quick survey before June 11th and you’ll automatically be entered to win. The winner will be selected at random and announced on June 12th.
